Tier 1 Main Contractor, looking after major commercial new build projects across the UK.
Your new role
You will be the lead surveyor on a new build NHS project valued at £20m. Additionally, you will be responsible for all commercial functions during the pre-construction stage on an iconic redevelopment of an Aberdeen City Centre project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree in Quantity Surveying or be qualified by experience on similar projects. All experience must be backed by positive feedback on previous roles.
