A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a
Maintenance Administrator
for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Billericay.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing a busy mailbox, responding to all queries

Raising repairs orders on the system
-
Answering the phones and dealing with client queries
-
Allocating engineers to repairs based on skillset and geographical area
-
Monitoring and managing the administration tasks for a job from start to finish.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Proactive and excellent team player

Previous experience with the construction industry ( maintenance and repairs) would be a bonus

IT literate
-
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 8 am -5 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
