Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + negotiable bonus tbc

The role of the Business Development Manager - Waterproofing System Inspection Services will involve:

• Field sales position selling waterproofing systems inspection services
• Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting
• All of your time will be spent selling to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
• Turnover will be determined by your experience
• There is an extensive contact list for you to go after however will be spending the majority of the time generating new business
• Will involve occasional overnight stays

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Waterproofing System Inspection Services with:

• Must have extensive knowledge of waterproofing / roofing industry
• NVQ2 or level 2 diploma in roofing / waterproofing
• Ideally dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
• Technically capable and IT literate
• Driven, hungry sales person
