£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

We have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Performance Officer to join our team to maintain the consistent recording of performance data and key performance indicator information ensuring provider involvement is at the heart of all future reviews and performance requirements.
You will be required to work collaboratively across a range of service areas providing support and challenging service providers to ensure high quality services are delivered consistently in accordance with contractual requirements and that support outcomes are met for the benefit of residents.
Duties and responsibilities
In this position you will ensure that our contractual agreements are met and comply with standards and requirements. Where poor performance is identified, you will develop improvement plans with the provider and review the performance by regular meetings and compliance checks.
With good numeracy and IT skills, you will ensure consistent recording of performance data and key performance indicator information. You will generate reports and identify any areas where improvements are required.
About You
You will have:
Experience of contract managing service providers and delivering a positive performance
Experience of working with external stakeholders and building relationships with others
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a proven ability to influence and empower colleagues
The ability to write reports and deliver presentations to a targeted audience
An understanding or experience of the supported housing sector
An understanding of the risks associated with managing a portfolio of properties
Experience of managing multiple projects at the same time
Some travel to our sites will be required so it is essential that you hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
