Current vacancy for an interim Head of Estates for a leading HE organisation.

The role is available with an immediate start, reporting to the A/D Estates Operations.

Key duties will include,

• Management of minor works projects up to £250k.
• For the leadership and management of the Estates Operations and maintenance team.
• Management of back log maintenance.
• Liaising with senior manager within estates department.
• Use of new technology including BIM.
• Financial management including budget management and procurement of contractors and use of frameworks.
• Available on a contract basis and potential for permanent position.
