Job Duties:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the installation and assembly of structural components.
• Installing new kitchen and bath extractor fans efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team to address any electrical requirements related to wall insulation.
• Creating technical schematics and plans for electrical installations.
• Performing electrical modifications during internal wall insulation, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Executing electrical connections for boilers, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Recommending the replacement of outdated electrical equipment to the management to avert potential dangers.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during installations.

Skills, experience, and qualifications required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician.
• Proficient in electrical systems and wiring.
• In-depth understanding of safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• City & Guilds (preferred)
