To Install, maintain, and repair valves, fixtures and associated structures for Job assigned.
Coordinate with the project supervisor and associated people to ensure efficient completion of tasks as per set targets.
Undertake heating engineering and plumbing duties encompassing reactive repairs, boiler servicing, CP12 checks, installations and related tasks.
Conduct plumbing tasks such as pipework installation, alignments, valve installation, problem-solving and other general installation works within the mechanical discipline.
Timely response to faults, diagnosing issues, identifying the root causes, reporting defects and rectifying when feasible. Providing detailed fault reports, covering problems, causes and remedies.
Install new domestic heating systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes and legislation. Installation, servicing and repair of gas appliances.
To Update records following servicing and testing and issue Landlords Gas Safety records via electronic or manual documentation.
Provide cost estimates for potential client’s projects.
Maintain regular stocks and inventory tracking of raw materials required for assigned projects.
Skills:
Attention to detail to ensure that the work complies with codes and standards.
Excellent Technical skills and substantial hands-on experience in the field.
Proficiency in reading, understand and interpret mechanical drawings, station drawings and schematics.
Extensive experience in handling diverse plumbing tasks.
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

:
Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing (for more advanced skills and NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in Plumbing and Heating is (Desirable)
