We re expanding our team and searching for a Trainee Driller to work in a duo, ideally located within commuting distance from Coventry, Bridgend, Glastonbury, or Southampton.

Requirements:

Readiness to work across the UK, including overnight stays during the week

Physical fitness for manual tasks

A keen interest in learning and growth

No prior qualifications needed; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training

Your role will involve assisting the Lead Driller in various tasks, including drilling boreholes, site restoration, and adhering to all health and safety protocols. This position offers a unique chance to work towards personal and vocational qualifications in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are professional, energetic, team players with:

A clean UK driving licence

CSCS card (preferred)

A flexible, committed approach to work

A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
