We are looking for a 3-5 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly respected dispute resolution team.

The role presents the opportunity to work with leaders in the field and offers excellent long-term career prospects as well as being able to expand your legal knowledge in this area.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of dealing with litigation matters, having sound dispute resolution experience with strong court process experience as well as current practice experience. The ideal candidate will be committed to a career in law and be able to hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for running a full caseload in this contentious role dealing with all aspects of property litigation including but not limited to, boundary disputes, lease terminations, breach of covenant, property contracts, property insolvency, construction and real estate advice.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and work well under pressure, as well as working well with others. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering a high-quality service at all times.
