The Role:

• Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
• Clients : Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
• Candidates : Managing vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and candidate management
• Project Management : Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
