A leading security solutions provider is seeking a
Security Systems Installation Engineer
to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality security systems, including intruder alarms, VSS (formerly CCTV), and access control installations, to work in a rewarding and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete installations of intruder alarms, VSS (CCTV), and access control systems on customer sites in compliance with company and industry standards, including BS/EN, SSAIB Criteria, and NPCC/PSS policies.

Attend maintenance visits and respond to call-outs, replacing or repairing items as necessary.

Methodically diagnose problems and efficiently carry out corrective actions during fault finding.

Complete work on time without compromising on quality and compliance.

Adhere to safety regulations and follow RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.

Participate in the on-call rota to support clients as needed.

Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships at all times.

Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure that project deadlines are met.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum of three years' experience in the installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience working with specialist security software (training will be provided).
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant work.

Full UK driving license (essential).

Security screening to BS7858 standard is required.
Qualifications & Industry Requirements:

BTEC Level 4 or equivalent in relevant disciplines.

CSCS card.
-
IPAF Licence.
