About the Role:
A highly skilled and motivated Property Management Surveyor is sought to join a growing team. The role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of a property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and maximising asset value. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs.
Develop and implement property management plans to optimise asset performance and maximise rental income.
Negotiate lease agreements and liaise with tenants to address their needs and concerns.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
Monitor property budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in property management, with a focus on commercial or residential real estate.
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is preferred but not required.
Experience: 3 years in Property Management (required)
What’s On Offer:
£30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year, salary (dependent on experience).
