Duties and responsibilities of Internal Sales Executive:

Create new business sales leads within your assigned UK targets via outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients.

Qualify the client’s requirements and arrange a suitable follow-up appointment.

Work with existing clients to provide effective account management and cross-sell, up-sell opportunities.

Effectively record all activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads.

Use various methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.) to reach out to prospective clients.

Build and maintain a database of prospective client information.

Use qualifying criteria to assess the suitability of prospects and assign them to appropriate department/person.

Collaborate with marketing to create and improve lead generation campaigns.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead generation processes and strategies.

Achieve personal and company targets.

Attend sales and product training sessions and courses as required.
Internal Sales Executive skills, experience, and personal attributes:

Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and results focused.

Strong telesales & lead generation experience ideally gained within the construction environment.

Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with clients to executive level.

Previous experience in B2B sales utilising CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.

A collaborative and consultative approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results.

Experience of Hubspot CRM (or equivalent) and the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting.
