Site Manager required in Caernarfon, Gwynedd.

What is required for the position?

Tickets: Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience:

Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Requirements:

site works foundation, drainage etc- then this will be transferred to the factory and to ensure all the trades are following procedures and all is on track- it is a modular building
