Housing Manager required for this ongoing long term temporary position to start ASAP.
Previous housing experience is essential
Location: The outskirts of Cambridge but no parking (2-3 days in the office each week)
Hours: 36.5 per week
Hourly rate: £34-38 per hour
Outline:
Develop a high performing and customer focussed housing operations team
Oversee the procurement, management and delivery of all hosing common areas and public realm facilities management services.
Drive high standards of statutory and regulatory compliance and health and safety performance.
Ensure a well maintained and attractive residential estate.
Develop and manage annual facilities management and estates management budgets and service charges
Advise on site wide facilities management issues with respect to future development phases.
Your skills/experience:
Experience in planning, procuring and management facilities management services
Extensive experience of leading and managing operational teams
Experience in producing complex budgets
Experience in delivery high levels of statutory compliance and health and safety performance.
