Atkins Search are currently sourcing for an experienced Site Manager due to a role becoming available with a regional construction business, with the project based in Cambridge. This role is a temporary role to deliver a commercial fit out project.

Client

• Repeat clients and multiple sectors including Commercial and Industrial builds such as sheds and Car Showrooms
• Well known with a fantastic reputation

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety monitoring
• Quality Monitoring
• Site Inductions
• Updating of site diary
• Communicating with Project Manager on progress

Person

• Strong Communication skills
• Person management/Delegation skills
• A good understanding of the building regulations, local authority agreements
• A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach
• Ability to organise your workload
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary works
• Knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry

Renumeration

• Daily Rate
