We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson with excellent knowledge of general building techniques, skills in plumbing, bathroom and kitchen fitting and able to undertake other trade tasks. You will work across a variety of refurbishment, fit-out and build works on residential and commercial projects. Ongoing work with potential to become permanent. Immediate Start. Rate paid dependent on experience.

The successful candidate MUST have the following;

• Minimum 5 years experience of construction and building work, including single and double-storey extensions, loft and garage conversions, commercial fit-outs.
• Proficient in kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, plumbing, general carpentry, patch plastering, dry lining, and willing to assist other trades/tasks within capability.
• Ability to read and understand architect and engineer drawings
• Excellent time management
• First class communication skills
• A good attitude, an eye for quality and pride in your workmanship
• Be reliable, punctual, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude to all times
• Valid CSCS Card, *Own Hand and Power Tools *PPE *Current Full UK driving licence with *use of own reliable vehicle
• CIS Registered with UTR
• Have current Public Liability Insurance of at least £1 million

Desirable:

• Time-served Apprenticeship/NVQ, preferably in plumbing
• PASMA
• IPAF
• Have current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling & Risk Assessments).
