Your Role

As a Senior Designer you will oversee the end-to-end design processes for their most prestigious fit-out projects. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, inspires creativity, and continually pushes the boundaries of commercial interior design. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading design processes from concept to completion.
• Innovating and inspiring creative solutions.
• Managing and nurturing a talented team of designers.
• Conducting site visits to ensure project alignment and quality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8+ years in commercial interior design, with a specialisation in fit-out projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
