Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day site operations
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
• Ensure site records are maintained and kept up to date
• Manage site staff
• Working on projects valued from £5m to £30m

What are they looking for?

• Previous experience as the number 1 lead on site
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience as the Senior Site manager with a regional / national contractor
• Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Have experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence schemes
