This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a small, family-feel company working on high-end residential extensions and refurbishments. This is a client-facing role, with great project ownership and autonomy.

This company has been established for over 30 years and is looking for an Estimator to join their overworked team of 2. Long term, you'll benefit from a flexible working environment within a friendly, tight-knit team.

Your role as an Estimator will include:

* Enquiries and tenders
* Takeoffs
* Involvement in sales and value engineering
* Client liaison

The successful Estimator will need:

* Estimating background in construction
* Experience in high-end extensions and refurbishment is desirable but not essential
* Commutable to Chichester
* Full UK working rights
