Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will benefit from never having to make a cold-call! Our client distributes warm inbound leads on a daily basis meaning your role will involve proactive outbound warm calling. You will be promoting their SaaS platform through exceptional telephone and sales skills and managing the entire sales cycle from qualification through to demo/close. If you are a motivated, results-driven individual who enjoys the thrill of the sale and providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present the product with the goal of achieving set sales targets
  • Qualify leads through various channels, including telephone, demos, texts, and email
  • Maintain database hygene (Hubspot)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate and sell them to prospective clients
  • Follow established sales process and participate in collaborative efforts to improve the team's sales approach

Experience

  • Proven success in a sales role, with exceptional telephone sales skills and experience with high-volume outbound calls
  • An understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships over the phone and via email
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build instant rapport with an audience
