Hyperion Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for a Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury leasehold development in the heart of London. This exclusive development offers unparalleled living standards and exceptional service to its residents, and we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Manager to maintain and enhance these high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and customer service.
  • Manage and coordinate all facilities management services, including security, cleaning, landscaping, and building maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all facilities and equipment are kept in optimal condition.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring contracts are fulfilled to the highest standards and within budget.
  • Liaise with residents to address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Report regularly to the property management team and client on the status of the development, including maintenance issues and resident feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within luxury residential or leasehold developments.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
  • Professional qualifications in facilities management or a related field are desirable.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in facilities management.
