Proven experience in traditional new build housing projects

Strong knowledge of site management practises

Familiarity with NHBC standards
Company Overview:
A recognised Housing Developer has an exciting new project starting up in Coventry and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
-
Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines
-
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
-
CSCS card
-
Valid First Aid certification
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent organisational and leadership abilities

Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations

Effective problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
