Site Manager - Darlington
Rate �360 per day Umbrella PAYE
6 Month Contract
Our client is looking to appoint a Site Manager to work on a building refurbishment project in Darlington. The successful candidate will be required to deliver & manage the build and fit out of the building which will also include construction of the frames, hollow rib decking, cladding, curtain walling and M&E.
Responsibilities will include :
- Providing expert knowledge on Build procedures and practices to deliver these elements of the job.
- Managing the workforce and sub-contractors on site
- Producing and managing all site paperwork
- Liaising with the client
- Leading by example and performing on site duties when necessary
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are adhered to
The successful candidate will have:
- Expert Build experience as a Site Manager on projects up to �1 million
- Previous experience producing paperwork associated with site management.
- A proven track record of managing a workforce and sub-contractors within a building environment.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates based locally to the project are desired as lodging will not be reimbursed.
