Are you a project manager looking to take the next step in your career, or a contracts manager looking for further progression? Your role will involve managing rainscreen cladding projects from the cradle to the grave.
This company has been steadily growing over the last few years, and are now looking for a Contracts Manager to be a part of this journey. Long term, you'll benefit from limitless progression within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Your role as a Contracts Manager will include:

* Managing multiple projects concurrently
* Managing projects from £5m to £15m in value
* Running jobs from the cradle to the grave
* General contracts management duties

The successful Contracts Manager will need:

* Project/contracts management experience
* Facades/cladding experience in construction
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Full UK driving licence
