Description

  • Managing all financial aspects of the construction project.
  • Liaising with construction and sales teams to ensure project targets are met.
  • Conducting risk and value management assessments.
  • Preparing reports and forecasts for upper management.
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinising maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring all documents and materials are kept up to date.

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent numerical and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer software related to the job.
