Digital Support Apprentice

LSK Supplies are Scotland's largest independent architectural ironmongers and construction supplies company. Started in 2000, LSK now have 9 stores across Scotland supplying retail and trade customers. LSK Supplies are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice as they are growing as a business. This is a great opportunity for someone to have exposure of different responsibilities within an office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming an expert in the Kerridge Commercial System by inputting invoices onto the system
  • Maintaining the work Gmail account
  • First response to anyone phoning in and directing calls or anyone contacting through email
  • Using collaborative technology such as Google sheets for keeping track of supplier accounts
  • Working with all branches to keep invoice queries manageable
  • Preparing monthly POD’s for clients using their delivery app (proof of delivery)
  • Updating the supplier debtors list
  • Using Excel to export data from the Kerridge Commercial System
  • Preparing customer invoices and statements
  • Assisting in customer queries
  • Work with our buying department and helping with other office tasks

Salary:

£13k per annum, rising to £14,000 upon completion of the apprenticeship should you be offered a full time position.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
