Location – Glasgow
Salary – £Competitive + Vehicle Allowance
Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors.

Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications.

Conduct regular owners’ meetings, in both individual and group settings.

Plan, attend and manage evening AGM’s for portfolio sites.
-
Manage a large portfolio of grounds-only developments.
-
Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs.
-
Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for grounds maintenance contracts.

Conduct regular property visits.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years experience within factoring, lettings or facilities management.

Strong communicator.
-
Ability to work well as part of a team.
-
Proficient using Office 365.
-
Full, clean UK Driving License.
