Upcoming sites include projects across Glasgow, Central and West of Scotland areas ranging from 30 - 350 units, including standard timberframe and steel frame construction methods.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years' experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of build methods, subcontractors, building regulations, etc. You will be a strong and effective communicator with strong technical knowledge. You will have proven experience of working with local authorities and housing associations and collaborating well with their Clerk of Works.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Trade background or academically qualified
• SVQ Level 4 or above

Roles and responsibilities include;

• Health & Safety Management
• Driving on site delivery
• Ordering of materials
• Liaising with the commercial team, design teams (internal and external), stakeholders, etc.
• Effective subcontractor management
• Reporting to Contracts Manager
