Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site

Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Manage project timelines and budgets

Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
-
CSCS certification
-
First Aid certification
-
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional new build housing

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
