We are offering a unique opportunity for those with: * 3+ years of PQE in non-contentious construction law or a blend of both contentious and non-contentious experience. * Strong technical expertise in managing high-value construction and engineering transactions and contracts, particularly within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex legal issues and the nuances of contract interpretation, along with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate the law. * Experience with key projects and contracts, including standard forms such as FIDIC, NEC, and iChemE; as well as Framework Agreements, Interconnectors, Collaborative Contracts and Alliancing, Crossing Agreements, and other bespoke contracts. * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, both within the firm and externally. * A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a "can do" attitude and a commitment to going above and beyond to meet client expectations. * Excellent organizational skills and a practical approach, with the ability to adhere to procedures, manage critical deadlines, and balance the demands of a busy workload. * Exposure to business development and supervision, with a strong interest in continuing to play an active role in these areas, including training activities and mentoring junior fee earners.
