We are looking for CSCS Groundworkers with experience in a variety of groundwork tasks. This role will involve working on housing development projects and commercial sites, requiring expertise in areas such as drainage, kerbing, concreting, and flagging. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing all aspects of groundworks including drainage, kerbing, paving, and flagging
• Digging and preparing trenches for foundations
• Concreting, laying slabs, and assisting with construction of roadways
• Operating small plant equipment as required
• Working closely with other trades and following site plans
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines on-site

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (mandatory)
• Proven experience in general groundworks
• Knowledge of drainage, kerbing, flagging, and concreting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of health and safety on-site
• Ability to operate small plant equipment (desirable but not essential)
• Driving license (preferred)
