CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR NQ-2 PQE, HAMPSHIRE, SALARY £45 – 50K (DOE). The appointed candidate will have completed a seat in Construction law and will be provided the opportunity for genuine career development, expanding upon their skills to handle a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

• This position is suited for candidates that are familiar with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction perspective. Additionally experience in PPP or PFT transactions is valuable, as well as knowledge of FIDIC or ICHEME forms.

• You must demonstrate strong technical competence and commercial awareness, be motivated and have an active approach to your work and networking skills, as you will be a part of the larger construction team.

• The firm works closely with an extensive portfolio of clients on all aspects of the construction process, from across the construction and developer industries – including high profile contractors, suppliers, housing associations, local authorities, education institutions, and private funders.
