Our client is a leading provider of passive fire protection services across the UK, specialising in fire door installation, fire stopping, and comprehensive surveys. The Project Coordinator will assist on and oversee fire protection projects from inception to completion, aiding project managers to ensure that all work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of passive fire protection projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain version control and document tracking throughout project lifecycles
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Project Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction or fire protection industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools would be a plus.
