We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Multi Skills to join our client's team in Harrow. This role involves teaching a range of programmes and preparing learners for a variety of careers in the building services sector, meeting the latest industry standards.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Teach on a range of Construction/Multi Skills programmes up to Level 2.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to provide a stimulating learning environment.
  • Engage with students aged 16-19, motivating them to achieve their full potential.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials, and deliver both theoretical and practical sessions.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified to Level 3 in a relevant subject area.
  • Working knowledge and experience across a range of construction craft trades.
  • Teaching/training experience, with the ability to teach up to Level 2 Construction/Multi Skills programmes.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
