We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Project Manager
to oversee multiple projects within a fast-paced electrical business. This role will suit someone who thrives in a
multi-project environment
, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results within tight timelines. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects
across commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.
Develop and maintain
project schedules
, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Monitor project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
Coordinate with
electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with
health & safety regulations
across all sites.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain relationships.
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
Deliver progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
project management
within the electrical, construction, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of
fast-fit business models
and project turnaround times.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional
communication, leadership, and organizational skills
.
Proficient in
project management software
(e.g., MS Project, Excel).
Knowledge of
health & safety standards
and industry regulations.
Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3) are advantageous but not essential.
Full UK driving license.
