Description

Support development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule in Primavera P6

Create and manage detailed discipline-level or work package schedules as required (CSA, MEP, commissioning, etc.)

Load and maintain progress, actuals, quantities, and durations on a weekly basis

Coordinate with Package Managers/subcontractors to obtain, review, and integrate their programme updates

Highlight schedule variances and assist with delay analysis, recovery planning, and reforecasting

Assist in developing look-ahead schedules and workfront plans (1-week, 4-week, 12-week)
Requirements

Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6, including schedule updates and basic reporting

Familiarity with cost and quantity loading to P6 Schedule, and integration with BOQs or budget forecasts

Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for supporting calculations, dashboards, and report formatting

Familiar with digital project management tools (e.g., ACC/BIM 360, Power BI, SharePoint)

3-7 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling

Experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure
