Commercial Lead Required In Groningen, Netherlands

Clear Engineering are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to start immediately in Groningen on a hyper-scale data centre project, you will be based on site.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead and manage the commercial team on-site, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

·Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.

·Robustly defend claims downstream and manage change, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and accurately reported.

·Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management of commercial activities, ensuring the project's financial health and long-term success.

· Foster a positive, can-do attitude within the team, promoting collaboration and a high-performance culture.

·Take on key account management responsibilities, with potential for significant growth opportunities across the EMEA region.

Qualifications & Experience:

·Must have an EU passport or RTW in The Netherlands

·Extensive experience in large-scale hyperscale data centre projects

·Proven track record of leading commercial teams on complex construction projects.

·Comfortable engaging with business leaders and stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·Demonstrable experience in managing contracts, defending claims, and reporting on change.

·Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with project execution.

·A team player with a positive outlook who is committed to fostering teamwork
