A London PQS/Consultancy practice are seeking a solid, client facing Quantity Surveyor in Ireland to look after projects across Dublin and the ROI.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be looking after 5 hotel projects which are at various stages (1x on site, 2x preconstruction, 2x planning), with schemes valuing between 15m - 30m Euros.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working remotely, but will be required to travel to Dublin and Southern Ireland from time to time. You will also need to be client facing, able to work independently, and keen to see projects from planning through to completion.

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 Euros + package + travel costs
