Groundworks Foreman

Salary: £15-£24 per hour

Location: Kingsteignton (Fixed Location)

Our client is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join their team in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including excavation work, concreting, drainage, kerbing, paving, highway projects, and building projects.

They provide transport where possible, along with PPE, tools, and training. Long-term employment will be offered after a 3-month trial period.

Desirable Tickets/Accreditations:

• SSSTS
• Driving License
• Dumper/Roller operation
• Tracked Excavator
• CSCS/CPCS

This position can be either employed with benefits or on a self-employed basis, with rates based on skills and experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in groundworks
• Holds relevant tickets/accreditations
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Health and Safety conscious

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising groundworks projects
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard
• Conducting site inspections and managing resources
• Coordinating with Site Managers and other trades
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards
