My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and experienced mobile building services engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.

• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available)
• Large, static sites across SW London
• £39,000 - 40,000 - Van + Fuel Card

Responsibilities:

• catering equipment

• mechanical and electrical systems and assets

• lighting systems

• building fabric

• water services

• static and portable electrical equipment.

• General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues.

  Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
• 18th edition
• FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE
