Teamforce Labour is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties
for weekend works in Leeds, LS25.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious professional with a strong background working on civil engineering and Rail sites.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years’ experience
in a similar role, demonstrating excellent judgement, communication, and coordination when managing lifting operations and guiding plant movements.
Requirements (Essential):
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:

CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated)
– Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties
✅
PTS is preferred
✅
Safety Critical Medical
✅
2 recent and contactable references
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
Proven reliability and punctuality
Excellent awareness of health and safety on-site
Ability to communicate clearly with crane and machine operators
Confidence working around live services and in busy operational environments
