Our client a well-established and specialist growing multi-disciplined surveying consultancy are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their growing Leicester office on a full time, permanent basis.

They are a specialist in providing building surveying services, academy surveying, funding and estates strategy planning to their education clients nationwide. The Architectural Technologist will be involved in the delivery of architectural projects in the education sector whilst assisting the principal architect.

• Salary: £28,000 to £40,000 (Guide only - DOE)

• Assisting the principal architect
• Delivering educational architectural projects
• Feasibility studies
• The use of Auto-cad and Revit. In addition to Lumion 3D visual software.
• Working on a variety of scale education projects
• Producing technical drawings
• Working closely coordinating within a team as well as independently
• Collaborating with a team of surveyors

• Relevant Qualification required (BSc, HND, HNC)
• Experience using Auto-cad and Revit through project experience or at university.
• Minimum 1-2+ years' experience
• Project management and Contract Administration experience would be most advantageous
• Good Knowledge of Architecture and Surveying
