Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Branch Manager - Electrical Products will involve:

• Branch Sales Manager position managing a branch & selling a wide range distributed electrical products
• You will be selling to M&E contractors or end users such as: manufacturing warehouses
• Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope
• Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch
• You will be expected to call and visit existing customers to establish & maintain relationships
• Working closely with the group commercial & sales manager to assist with sales activities initally
• Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
• Providing training, development and motivation to all branch staff

The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager - Electrical Products with:

• Must have sales focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
• Ideally experience selling into installers/contractors
• Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
• Able to work autonomously & also as part of a team
• Ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
• Personable, driven, people person
• UK Driving license
• IT Savvy
