Graduate Building Surveyor (APC) - London - £27-30k

We’re working with a highly successful, fully independent, multi-disciplined practice of Chartered Surveyors with offices across London servicing clients throughout the inner M25 and just beyond.

Within their Party Wall Team, which sits alongside their Project Management, Leasehold and Valuation Teams, they now seek an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor as follows:

• Working on a hybrid basis (once settled), reporting in to both Central and East London offices as required
• Commencing the APC and working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors / RICS Assessors to meet the requirements of the diary to become MRICS
• Undertaking a mixed workload of project and professional duties, as per the APC diary, rotating across departments in the process
• Clients are predominantly private, but instructions are well spread across a broad and sustainable base
• Our client has been around for decades with an unrivalled professional reputation and 100% first time pass rate across all their APC Building Surveyor candidates
• You will need a RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree and ideally, some practical Building Surveying experience (either paid or via internship / sandwich year)
• Having your own car would be beneficial but isn’t essential. A license will be required nearer qualification (to attend inspections unsupervised)

In addition to the above, suitable Graduate / APC Building Surveyors will be smartly presented, have excellent communication skills, want to complete their APC and have a genuine enthusiasm for Building Surveying.

Salary for the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will start around £27-30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and professional progression. All APC training and support is fully funded.
