We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding surveying team in London, focusing on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment projects ranging from £250K to £10M, primarily in industrial and logistics sectors, with the potential for commercial work.
• Manage a strong pipeline of work and serve as a key contact for clients.
• Support junior surveyors and contribute to service development.
• Engage in business development activities and network to grow your client base.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including invoicing, specifications, and budgets.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified with experience in refurbishment projects valued up to £10M+.
• Commercially minded, particularly in the industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills and confidence in managing projects.
• Interest in ESG-focused projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
