The firm's Contentious Construction team offers expertise in alternative dispute resolution techniques such as adjudication, dispute boards, and mediation, alongside arbitration and litigation, catering to a diverse client base including both public and private sector stakeholders. The team acts for a diverse client base of contractors, government bodies, public authorities, private developers, funders and other stakeholders around the world, involved in high value construction and engineering work.

Their lawyers resolve difficult and complex disputes quickly and efficiently and advise on a broad range of projects including commercial, industrial, retail, hotel and leisure, energy, utilities and other major projects such as large engineering schemes and infrastructure projects. They have extensive experience of the principal standard form contracts including FIDIC, JCT, NEC, RIBA, ACE, IChemE and IEE as well as many forms of bespoke contracts.

The firm are now looking to bolster their London practice with the addition of an Associate/Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE in construction disputes gained from a top City or international practice.
