Howells Solutions are working with one of the UK's Main Contractors who specialise in Facilities Maintenance and Property Services. Currently recruiting for a facitlities maintenance engineer to cover all planned preventative maintenance along with reactive repairs. The role will be covering university facilities along with several campuses located in and around central London.

Main duties

• Maintain Stock Levels
• Heating Biased Maintenance
• Plant Maintenance
• Site engineering emergencies
• Preparing & conductiong Risk Assessments and method statements
• Multi skilled maintenance on equiptments & systems
