Overview
A family office focused on commercial real estate development is seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of finance across the business. If you have experience within finance in a family office setting, then this could be a great role for you.
Responsibilities

Produce shareholder loan schedules and reports

Banking administration as well as payment authorisation and reporting

Liquidity reporting and cash management

Budget production for construction projects

Production of company and personal tax returns

Financing activities for key assets held by the family

Monthly end-to-end payroll processing and management

Dealing with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules

Analyse and suggest pay increases and bonuses for staff

Administer company pension and employee benefit schemes
Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years PQE

Ideally experience within a family office environment

Strong understanding of commercial real estate

Happy to take on adhoc tasks where required to support the business

A logical thinker with an intellectual curiosity
