Overview

A family office focused on commercial real estate development is seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of finance across the business. If you have experience within finance in a family office setting, then this could be a great role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Produce shareholder loan schedules and reports
  • Banking administration as well as payment authorisation and reporting
  • Liquidity reporting and cash management
  • Budget production for construction projects
  • Production of company and personal tax returns
  • Financing activities for key assets held by the family
  • Monthly end-to-end payroll processing and management
  • Dealing with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules
  • Analyse and suggest pay increases and bonuses for staff
  • Administer company pension and employee benefit schemes

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years PQE
  • Ideally experience within a family office environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate
  • Happy to take on adhoc tasks where required to support the business
  • A logical thinker with an intellectual curiosity
