Group Building Control Surveyor needed in London Paying  £80 per hr ref 431066

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Participate in meetings to ensure compliance of the Building Regulations 2010 to high profile developers, architects and designers at all stages of building design and construction.
• Vetting plans, details, reports, calculations and other information submitted for compliance with the Building Regulations and drafting Consents/Approvals, letters and e-mails in response on behalf of the District Surveyor
• Carrying out site inspections of works in progress to check for compliance with the Building Regulations and informing the Contractor/Client of any deficiencies requiring further action
